VOTING DATES, TIMES, AND LOCATIONS

EARLY VOTING @ 70 WEST FIRE STATION 2

Early voting for Commissioner Positions 4 & 5 will take place at our main station, located at 2900 Airport Rd, Hot Springs, AR 71913 on:

Thursday, December 4, 2025, from 8:00AM to 4:30PM

Friday, December 5, 2025, from 8:00AM to 4:30PM

Please keep in mind parking is limited, do not block apparatus bay doors for fire trucks and ambulances responding.

VOTING DAY OF MEETING

Voting day of, for Commissioner Positions 4 & 5 will occur at the meeting location: Caruth-Hale Life Celebration Center located at 2529 Airport Road, Hot Springs, AR just east of S. Moore Road on Airport.

Voting will be from 5:00PM to 6:30PM on Tuesday, December 9, 2025.

Meeting will follow at 6:30PM.

VOTING RULES/PROCEDURES

WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO VOTE?

Qualified Electors are eligible to vote in this election, they are defined as a resident of the 70 West Fire Protection District, at least eighteen (18) years of age; and lawfully registered to vote in the election.

WHAT WILL I NEED TO BRING TO VOTE?

Arkansas Voting Laws will apply, registered voters who are residents of the district will need to provide an approved Picture ID, Names shall be verified against the list of Qualified Electors that has been provided the District by both Garland and Hot Spring Counties.
