Located at 2026 Airport Road, Station 1 is 70 West's First Fire Station. It is located on what the locals refer to as Wacaster Hill. It is home to Engine 1 & Tanker 1 and serves as a training site for 70 West Fire.

Located in the quaint community of Sunshine, Arkansas at 732 Canyon Springs Circle, Station 3 is home to Engine 3 and Rescue/Brush 3.
